Westchester Townhouse

In collaboration with the Rotary Club of Westchester, we renovated the Westchester Townhouse, a 75-year old community club house for the youth groups in the neighborhood. The goal of this project was to restore an historic mural surrounding the main space, make the restrooms ADA compliant, find storage solutions, replace the flooring, lighting, and add curb appeal. Working with several community organizations, we transformed Westchester Townhouse from an outdated building to a modern, accessible and charming space for youth groups to use for decades to come.
